Job summary

Infosys is seeking an Infrastructure Consultant 3 in the US to drive secure infrastructure design and automation across multi-vendor teams. You’ll develop monitoring, credential management, and deployment strategies while integrating with CI/CD pipelines.

You will leverage CyberArk, AWS, and DevSecOps practices to enhance security, performance, and reliability in large-scale enterprise environments. This role requires strong scripting and collaboration across banking, wealth, and insurance

In the assigned Job Role of Infrastructure Consultant 3, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• Develop diagnostic tools, establish monitoring protocols, and resolve complex incidents through root cause analysis while ensuring SLA adherence and creating action plans to prevent recurrence
• Conduct detailed IT infrastructure evaluations and due diligence across multiple tracks, identify gaps and risks, and collaborate with stakeholders to recommend tailored enhancements and validate infrastructure details
• Create scalable, secure, and high-performing IT infrastructure solutions
• Optimize deployment processes, ensure environment readiness, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to creation of deployment documentation
• Develop and implement robust change management protocols to minimize risks, analyze proposed changes, and ensure smooth integration of system and technology updates
• Analyze and enhance system performance by implementing advanced monitoring tools, addressing capacity needs, and designing solutions to prevent bottlenecks
• Implement security measures and disaster recovery strategies including risk assessments
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, design and implement automation tools, and evaluate their impact to enhance efficiency and productivity
• Collaborate with multi-vendor and cross-functional teams to ensure project execution and document project activities
• Create specialized knowledge repositories, document methodologies, and drive learning to preserve organizational insights and enhance team efficiency

Required Skill and Experience

• Experience in Developing and implementing CyberArk components — Vault, CPM, PSMP, Credential Providers
• Automate bulk onboarding of applications and accounts using CyberArk APIs and scripts
• Support credential rotation and secrets management automation
• Work on CyberArk infrastructure deployed in AWS (EC2-based hosting)
• Manage and automate credential providers for large number of applications
• Automate provider installation, upgrades, and integrations
• Enable secure credential injection into application and developer pipelines
• Write PowerShell, Python, and shell scripts for bulk account onboarding, reporting, audit extraction, and operational automation
• Leverage CyberArk REST APIs for automation, integration, and reporting
• Build error handling and retry logic into automation workflows
• Integrate CyberArk with developer pipelines for secure credential distribution
• Monitor and optimise CyberArk service performance and infrastructure stability
• Work closely with CyberArk engineers, IAM team, and DevOps squads
• Monitoring and dashboarding for PAM services
• Experience supporting large-scale application onboarding

Preferred Skill and Experience

• Work with AWS-native tooling — CLI, Lambda, and automation frameworks
• Support migration of deployment pipelines from UCD to GitLab with Terraform
• Support CyberArk deployment on AWS — Windows and Linux EC2 environments
• Performance tuning of EC2 instances, Lambda-based automation, and CyberArk services
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, UCD, and Terraform

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
