Job summary

CTG is seeking a CyberArk PAM Project Manager for our client in Dallas, TX. The role focuses on leading the design, implementation, and deployment of CyberArk PAM in an OT environment, while coordinating cybersecurity, IAM, and infrastructure teams.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of cybersecurity or IAM project management experience, proven CyberArk deployments, and familiarity with NERC/CIP. Bachelor’s degree preferred; PMP, Scrum Master, or CyberArk certs are a plus.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of cybersecurity or IAM project management experience.
• Proven experience managing CyberArk PAM deployments.
• NERC/CIP or OT/ICS experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Project Management, or related field preferred.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or CyberArk certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead CyberArk PAM design, implementation, and deployment in an OT environment.
• Manage project scope, schedule, risks, resources, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cybersecurity, IAM, infrastructure, and operations teams.
• Track project status and ensure alignment with cybersecurity and NERC/CIP compliance requirements.
