Job summary

Confidential Financial Services Company in Charlotte, NC is seeking an Information Security Engineer for a 12-month contract in a hybrid setup. You will engage in complex security initiatives, manage CyberArk environments, and implement credential and secrets management across cloud and on-prem systems.

The role requires deep Windows administration, scripting for automation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Prior CyberArk and SailPoint integration experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Information Security Engineering experience or equivalent via other work or training.
• 7+ years administration experience in large CyberArk environments.
• 5+ years credential management experience.
• 3+ years credential/secrets management in cloud/DevOps.
• Advanced information security technical skills and policies.
• 7+ years Windows OS administration.
• 5+ years of automating workflows (PowerShell, Python, Shell).
• Experience with SailPoint and CyberArk integration.

Responsibilities

• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact for Information Security Engineering.
• Review and analyze large-scale or long-term IPS challenges with multifactor considerations.
• Contribute to resolution of complex situations meeting deliverables and compliance.
• Strategically collaborate with client personnel.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of Information Security Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
• 7+ years administration experience in working on large, complex CyberArk environments
• In depth knowledge of PAM CyberArk tool / CyberArk PAS Vault, DR, CPM, PSM, PVWA, CP, CCP, and SIA
• 5+ years of credential management expertise and advanced management of credential management systems.
• 3+ years credential/secrets management experience in a cloud or DevOps environment
• Advanced Information Security technical skills and understanding of information security practices and policies
• 7+ years of Windows OS administration experience
• 5+ years of experience with automating workflows (Powershell, Python, Shell, etc)
• Experience working with SailPoint and CyberArk integration
• Ability to manage complex issues and develop solutions
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Experience with databases (Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, MySQL etc.,)
• Experience with Directories (LDAP, AD)
• Experience with Jira and Confluence
• Documentations of technical configuration
• CyberArk certifications will be an added advantage

What You Will Be Doing

• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Information Security Engineering.
• Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Information Security Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
• Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
• Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel
