Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a skilled CyberArk PAM engineer to support privileged access management within controlled data environments. You will configure Vault/CPM/PSM, onboard privileged accounts, and enforce credential lifecycles while ensuring secure session monitoring.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting PAM integrations, maintaining audit logs, and collaborating across cybersecurity and infrastructure teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of THREE (3)+ years of overall experience.
• CyberArk engineering experience in privileged access management or a related cybersecurity role.
• Experience configuring CyberArk Vault, CPM, PSM, plugins, and rotation policies.
• Experience onboarding privileged accounts and managing credential lifecycle processes.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting CyberArk platform issues, connector errors, and session anomalies.
• Experience maintaining audit logs, compliance documentation, and access controls in controlled or regulated environments.
• Understanding of privileged access security principles, session recording, and secure authentication workflows.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across technical teams.
• Must be able to work on-site in Washington, DC, 5 days/week.
• An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "TOP SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance
• US Citizenship is contractually required.

What Would Be Nice To Have

• Prior experience working in Controlled Data Environments or similarly regulated environments.


• Experience supporting identity integrations and enterprise security tooling.


• Knowledge of audit, compliance, and security control documentation practices.


• Experience in a consulting or client-facing delivery environment.

The annual salary range for this position is $113,000.00-$188,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
