Job summary

IT Resources is seeking an Identity & Access Management Engineer to support the CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) environment. You will help secure privileged identities, automate access processes, and integrate PAM with enterprise systems.

The role focuses on implementing, administering, and operating CyberArk across cloud and on‑prem environments, with emphasis on scale and security controls.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of hands-on CyberArk/PAM experience in enterprise environments.
• Experience installing, configuring, upgrading, operating CyberArk components (PVWA, CPM, PSM, EPV).
• Experience with SailPoint or other IGA platforms and cloud integrations.

Responsibilities

• Implement, administer, maintain, and troubleshoot CyberArk PAM across cloud and on‑prem environments.
• Onboard privileged/service accounts; manage credentials and rotation; support API-based access.
• Configure and support CyberArk components and integrations with enterprise systems.
• Build integrations and CPM plugins to strengthen PAM capabilities.
• Integrate PAM with SailPoint, AWS, GCP, Azure, databases, and SCIM.
• Monitor health, resolve issues, and contribute to IAM/PAM policies and docs.
