Job summary

GCS Recruitment seeks an experienced CyberArk Engineer for a fully remote contract role based in the UK. You will deliver hands-on CyberArk support across multiple client estates, owning incidents from L2 to L4 and ensuring privileged access platforms stay secure and compliant.

The role requires strong Vault/CPM/PSM/PVWA expertise, PowerShell scripting, and experience in MSP or multi-client environments. Immediate start preferred, outside IR35, long-term potential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' hands-on CyberArk administration and support experience.
• Strong experience across Vault, CPM, PSM and PVWA.
• PowerShell scripting for troubleshooting and automation.

Responsibilities

• Manage CyberArk incidents and requests across L2-L4 support.
• Troubleshoot CyberArk Vault, CPM, PSM and PVWA issues.
• Investigate integration challenges with Entra ID, MFA, SIEM and other security technologies.
• Perform upgrades, patching, certificate renewals and DR testing.
• Managing account onboarding/offboarding, safes, policies and access reviews.
• Conduct root cause analysis and liaising with CyberArk support where required.
• Maintaining documentation, runbooks and ITIL change processes.
