We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on CyberArk Engineer to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, administration, and support of CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions. This role will be instrumental in enhancing our security posture by ensuring privileged credentials are securely managed, monitored, and controlled across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and maintain CyberArk Privileged Access Management solutions (PAS, PSM, CPM, PVWA, Conjur, EPM, etc.)
• Manage the onboarding of privileged accounts, including password rotation policies, session management, and access controls.
• Integrate CyberArk with directory services (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP), ticketing systems, and other enterprise platforms.
• Develop and maintain custom connectors, scripts, and automated workflows to support PAM operations and IAM initiatives.
• Monitor and troubleshoot CyberArk environments to ensure availability, performance, and security compliance.
• Work closely with InfoSec, Compliance, and IT Operations to enforce least privilege principles and mitigate insider threats.
• Support audit and regulatory requirements by generating reports, participating in reviews, and maintaining detailed documentation.
• Provide guidance and support for PAM best practices, architecture improvements, and IAM strategy development.

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience with CyberArk implementation and support in an enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management, privileged access controls, and zero trust principles.
• Proficiency in Windows, Linux, and network security concepts.
• Experience with CyberArk Core PAS components (PVWA, CPM, PSM, Vault, AIM, PTA).
• Familiarity with CyberArk API/REST, scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Python), and automation tools.
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as SOX, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, or ISO 27001.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and securing cloud-based privileged accounts.

Preferred Qualifications:

• CyberArk certification (e.g., CyberArk Defender, Sentry, or Guardian).
• Exposure to IAM/PAM tools like BeyondTrust, Thycotic, SailPoint, or Okta.
• Experience with DevOps environments, CI/CD tools, or containerized platforms (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
