Job summary

The Judge Group seeks a Lead CyberArk Engineer to partner with infrastructure, cloud, security, identity, and engineering teams. You will architect, lead, and deliver scalable PAM solutions to protect critical assets while enabling secure access management.

Locations include Charlotte, NC; Irving, TX; Phoenix, AZ with a hybrid work model. You’ll mentor engineers and drive PAM platform modernization and long-term roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of information security, infrastructure engineering, systems engineering, or identity and access management experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on CyberArk engineering experience.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale PAM implementations and engineering teams.
• Experience designing and supporting highly available and mission-critical security platforms.

• Serve as the technical lead for CyberArk engineering initiatives and enterprise PAM programs.
• Provide architectural guidance and engineering leadership for CyberArk platform capabilities.
• Drive technical strategy, platform modernization, and long-term PAM roadmap development.

• Mentor and develop senior engineers, engineers, and early talent resources.
