Job summary

EY is seeking a CTF Shift Lead to oversee the Cyber Triage and Forensics team, ensuring fast threat response and efficient case queues. You will set performance expectations, provide technical leadership, and drive continuous security improvements across the team.

The role reports to global leadership and supports EY’s mission to protect client information assets and EY’s brand. A hybrid work model is offered with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Security or equivalent.
• 3-4 years in Security Monitoring/SOC environment.
• Experience with log correlation and intrusion detection platforms.
• Proficient in Linux and Windows system administration.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to security events and incidents.
• Develop and follow procedures for security event alerting.
• Perform analysis and triage of security events.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior analysts.
• Set performance expectations and manage team performance.
• Report case status to the global lead and update SOPs.
• Coordinate with Technical Lead for incident support.
