Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Security, or equivalent.
• 4–5 years in a Security Operations Center environment investigating events/threats.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, classify and analyze security events on network/endpoint.
• Lead day-to-day operations of CTF Analysts and manage case queues.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior analysts.
• Set performance expectations and report status to global lead.
• Update SOPs and drive team continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with Technical Lead for investigations.
