Job summary

BCMC is a small business delivering IT and cybersecurity services to federal, state, and local agencies. The JCDC Cyber Triage Analyst role supports the nation’s cyber defense by performing initial threat triage, analyzing indicators, and producing concise reports to drive escalation and action.

You will work across government and private sector partners, maintain accurate documentation, and contribute to playbooks while staying current on emerging threats.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship and active TS/SCI clearance required.
• 3–5 years in threat intelligence, SOC, or cyber incident response.
• Ability to independently research cyber activity and deliver defensible conclusions.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial triage and assessment of threat tickets, incident reports, and IOC submissions.
• Analyze IPs, domains, file hashes, traffic patterns, and malware artifacts.
• Determine threat severity and potential impact to critical infrastructure sectors.
• Enrich IOCs using threat intelligence platforms and OSINT.
• Prepare concise triage reports with actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate with interagency partners and maintain ticketing documentation.
