Job summary

ProSync is seeking a Cyber Tools Lead to drive deployment, integration, sustainment, tuning, and optimization of cybersecurity tools used for DoS monitoring, scanning, and visibility. This role supports tool lifecycle and coordination with production environments.

The candidate will manage tool configurations, performance dashboards, and vendor coordination, requiring a minimum 7 years of cyber tools engineering and a Secret/Top Secret-eligible clearance. A bachelor’s degree is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years engineering experience in cyber tools and tooling ecosystems.
• Must have CISSP, GCIA, or GCIH or equivalent certification.
• Vendor certifications in Splunk/Tenable/Elastic/Linux/Cloud preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee deployment, maintenance, and optimization of cybersecurity tools.
• Ensure tool configurations align with DoS enterprise standards.
• Plan upgrades and new tool deployments with architecture teams.
• Manage tool lifecycle, baselines, tuning, and dashboards.
• Coordinate tool integrations with production environments and vendors.
