Qualifications

• Experience in cyber operations and threat analysis.
• Experience as a cyber analyst including TDNA/DNEA.
• Proficiency with SIGINT discovery tools (DX, XKEYSCORE, DevNav).
• Experience developing fingerprints, analytics, and notebooks using client discovery tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify connections between disparate datasets.
• Modify, write, and execute code; open/read/modify files; output results.
• Provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders from data analysis.
• Collaborate with analysts across teams to streamline analytic workflows.
• Research, develop, and document data-related tradecraft and data access methods.
• Support client relationships and workflows with analytics expertise.
• Develop methodologies and cross-functional solutions from cyber intelligence data.
• Contribute to decision-making across organizations.
• Translate intelligence needs into collection and analytics actions.
• Present data findings using SQL, Python, and Microsoft Office tools.
• Establish metrics and KPIs to drive business and technical outcomes.
• Apply basic data visualizations.
