Qualifications

• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, and threat intelligence.
• Experience in incident management, remediation, and planning.
• Strong analytical thinking and technical communication.
• Ability to adapt to changing threat landscape.
• Incident Response skills including host/network forensics, log analysis, and timeline correlation.
• Proficient in professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze, and resolve security incidents to minimize damage.
• Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies and threat mitigation.
• Conduct forensic investigations and digital forensics to support incident management.
• Utilise endpoint forensics and threat detection techniques to enhance security operations.
• Collaborate with the Security Operations Centre to manage security incidents.
• Interpret data to inform insights and recommendations, contributing to cybersecurity governance.
• Uphold and reinforce professional and technical standards, including the Firm's code of conduct and independence requirements.
• Use a broad range of tools, methodologies, and techniques to generate new ideas and solve problems.
• Act with integrity, empathy, and diligence in the role of Incident Response manager and analyst.
