Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of related experience; Master's with 3+; PhD with minimal or no related experience.
• Knowledge of the Intelligence Community (IC) laws and regulations.
• Experience using the Intelligence Lifecycle to produce products.
• Knowledge of IPOE (Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment).
• Experience creating Priority Intelligence Requirements and Essential Elements of Information (PIRs and EEIs).
• Experience performing OSINT research or research using classified systems to support operations.
• Knowledge of cyber threat actors and attack vectors.
• Experience using intrusion analysis models and frameworks to analyze IoCs and identify TTPs.

Job description

SAIC is actively seeking a Cyber Threat Intelligence Instructor to enhance our cyber threat intelligence courses in Little Rock, Arkansas . Positioned at Little Rock Air Force Base, you will join a team passionate about instructing Air Force Mission Assurance Cyber Coordination Element (MACCE) personnel tasked with protecting our nation's critical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site instruction for cyber threat intelligence courses, including development and execution of curriculum throughout the year.
• Provide expert coaching, teaching, and assessment for students in alignment with Air Force MACCE and cyber defense curriculum, including offering feedback and progress reporting.
• Actively participate in the evaluation of course material, suggesting updates and corrections to enhance the learning experience.
• Engage in collaborative efforts with fellow instructors and staff to develop, refine, and update course materials as per customer requirements.
• Effectively utilize labs in course instruction, coordinating with range engineers as needed to support dynamic, hands-on learning environments.
• Works under only general direction. Independently determines and develops approach to solutions. Work is reviewed upon completion for adequacy in meeting objectives. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
• This role has physical requirements associated with developing content at systems such as computers and part task trainers.
• Candidate must be able to lift items up to 30 lbs.
• This role requires standing for extended periods in a classroom setting.
• This role can require bending, stooping, crouching, kneeling, or crawling to set up equipment on occasion.
• Regular performance of fine manipulation associated with working at a computer is expected and this role can include handling small parts in part task trainers.

Travel requirements :

This role can include travel 25-50% of the time to support mobile training teams (MTTs).

Required Education:

Bachelors and five (5) years or more experience; Masters and three (3) years or more experience; PhD and 0 years related experience.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of the Intelligence Community (IC) and related governing laws and regulations
• Experience utilizing the Intelligence Lifecycle to produce products
• Knowledge of Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment (IPOE)
• Experience creating Priority Intelligence Requirements and Essential Elements of Information (PIRs and EEIs)
• Experience performing research utilizing OSINT and/or research utilizing classified systems to support operations
• Knowledge of cyber threat actors and attack vectors
• Experience using intrusion analysis models and frameworks to analyze IoCs and identify TTPs, producing effective intelligence products for cyberspace operations
• Knowledge of Cyberspace Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment (C-IPOE)
• Prior experience in educational roles or instructional design is advantageous.

Clearance:

Active Secret security clearance preferred and must be capable of obtaining a TS/SCI clearance.
