Job summary

Qualifications

• Specialized Experience: evaluating, analyzing, developing, managing or improving communications systems.

• Qualifying Experience: COR role, contract management and cost analysis responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and review telecommunications systems, projects or programs for future expenditures.
• Serve as Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and manage telecom contracts to meet goals.
• Review cost proposals, develop technical specifications and assess contractor work products.
