Job summary

The US Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) is recruiting for a Senior IT/Planning role at the GG-14 level under the Cyber Excepted Service to support the mission of US Cyber Command. This position is located at DISA EX/OPNS PLANS & EX DIR (J-3/5/7) – OPNS DIV (J3) (ORG EX352) and emphasizes planning, coordination, and policy development.

Qualifications

• Attention to Detail: Experience reviewing IT-related work and ensuring accuracy and consistency with standards.
• Customer Service: Developing and maintaining relationships with customers and identifying IT products or services to meet their needs.
• Oral Communication: Briefing senior-level management and IT staff on status of IT systems and projects, communicating complex technical information to a non-technical audience.
• Problem Solving: Identifying alternatives to address highly complex IT-related issues and evaluating information sources to generate solutions.
