Job summary

Acclaim Technical Services in Reston, VA, is hiring a Technical Targeting Officer to support client operations in Northern Virginia. The role focuses on applying targeting concepts and IC tools to influence decision-making and optimize data-driven outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of cyber/targeting experience.
• Experience with internet applications and protocols, Windows and Linux OS, SQL/Hadoop.
• Certifications such as CISSP, GPEN, CEH, OSCP, CNDA or Sec+ desirable; network traffic analysis tools a plus.

We are actively hiring a Technical Targeting Officer to join our team working in Northern, VA.

Target Salary Range: $100,000 - $200,000

RESPONSIBILITIES

• The position requires a strong understanding of digital networks, targeting concepts, and experience with IC tools and systems
• Strong understanding of data collection, cleaning, and organizing raw data to find hidden patterns, draw conclusions, and use those conclusions to make better decisions (i.e. Perform Predictive analytics and Prescriptive analytics)

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelors and 3+ years of cyberand/or CNE targeting experience to support a client's operational requirements
• Experience with internet applications and protocols, Windows and Linux operating systems, SQL, Hadoop, or other DBMS is encouraged and an understanding of scripting languages such asPythonand certifications to include CISSP, GIAC GPEN, CEH, OSCP, CNDA, and Sec+ are desired
• Network traffic analysis experience using Wireshark, Suricata, and nDPI, to baseline standard activity and identify anomalies strongly desired
• Experience, an understanding or interest in business, cryptocurrency, finance, and/or related fields and the ability or interest in leveraging new technologies, including FINTECH would be a plus
