Kaztronix is seeking Cyber Systems Security Engineers to deliver RMF-based security for classified programs at our Sunnyvale, CA campus. On-site only, active DoD clearance and Security+ or DoD 8140 equivalency are required.

Roles include RMF artifact preparation, STIG application, and coordination with ISSM/ISSO teams across agile program planning. Ideal candidates have E3–E7 experience (or 9 years with a BA) and are prepared to work with tools like Qmulos, Splunk, DISA ACAS, Nessus, and Trellix

Formación

• Active DoD Final Secret clearance required.
• Current Security+ certification or DoD 8140 equivalent.
• 5–9 years of cyber systems security experience (E3–E7) or 9 years with a BA.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure RMF standards for information systems and coordinate with ISSM/ISSO.
• Prepare, maintain and submit RMF artifacts per SOW and delivery schedules.
• Create/update artifacts (baselines, PPSM, network diagrams).
• Apply STIGs, ensure RMF-based compliance per DoW/DAAG policies.
• Support Continuous Monitoring tools (Qmulos, Splunk, DISA ACAS/Nessus, Trellix).
• Generate/update security authorization artifacts for ongoing projects.
• Collaborate with CSSEs, mission engineers, ISSM/ISSO teams on remediations.
• Manage Change & Asset Management and keep inventories updated.
• Lead knowledge sharing and mentor peers across teams.
• Participate in Agile/Jira planning sessions for cyber tasks.
