Job summary

Responsibilities include guiding multi-program cyber engineering efforts, ensuring compliance with DoD cybersecurity standards, and coordinating with stakeholders to meet schedules and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of experience in Systems Engineering, Cybersecurity Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science, or 14 years’ related cyber systems experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience leading multi-discipline engineering teams.
• Possession of an active Secret clearance; ability to obtain Top Secret/Special Access as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of cyber systems engineers supporting multiple programs and initiatives.
• Provide technical decisions and guidance to enable timely, high-quality product deliveries and flight test events.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards (CNSSI 1253, DoD 8570/8140, DoD 8510, AFI 17-101) across programs.
• Develop and document engineering processes and procedures; participate in engineering reviews.
• Support system security requirements analysis, architecture design, and risk mitigation.
