Job summary

The position requires active US Government Secret or higher clearance and on-site support for classified work, with potential travel for reviews and integration events.

Qualifications

  • Level 2: Bachelors of Science degree in a STEM field and at least 2 years of relevant military/professional experience, OR a Master\'s Degree in a STEM field with some relevant experience.
  • Level 3: Bachelors in STEM with at least 5 years of relevant experience, OR a Master\'s with at least 3 years, OR a PhD with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Engineer at Either Level: Must have experience with government/industry security frameworks (e.g., NIST, RMF, DoD STIGs).
  • Must have an active US Government Secret or higher clearance (background investigation within 6 years or Continuous Evaluation).

Responsibilities

  • Develop, decompose, and manage cyber and security requirements with traceability through design, implementation, and test.
  • Define and maintain system and subsystem security architectures per RMF, NIST, and DoD guidance.
  • Conduct security risk assessments, threat modeling, and vulnerability analyses; track mitigations.
