Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM with 5 years cyber systems experience or Master’s degree with 3 years
• DoD Active Secret clearance required
• DoD 8140/8570 certification required (e.g. Security+ CE)
• Experience on large-scale missile defense system programs
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Ability to think critically and capture concepts in work products
• Capable of working independently and in a team environment
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time

Responsibilities

• Install and configure networking equipment, troubleshoot, design and implement security for networking infrastructure
• Document and verify all installation and configuration steps
• Collaborate with software developers and vendors to diagnose issues during system integration
• Submit problem reports per Agile processes and coordinate daily integration with CFPTs
• Provide redlines to engineers and feedback to leadership as required
• Document lessons learned, best security engineering practices, and industry standards in daily tasks
