Georgia Tech Research Institute (GTRI) in San Diego supports the Command and Control Mission Assurance Division within the CIPHER Lab. The Systems Engineer role coordinates multi-team efforts to ensure design, implementation, and operation meet all requirements for secure C2 systems.

The position requires collaboration with stakeholders, producing technical documentation, and guiding architecture decisions across projects.

Formación

• Familiarity with project management or financial management concepts.
• Proven ability to engage stakeholders and communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret Security Clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct top-down functional analysis and translate requirements into detailed performance design criteria.
• Design and build templates to assist Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in providing critical system information.
• Conduct product or system design synthesis translating requirements into physical architectures for systems of low complexity to include defining and refining internal and external interfaces.
• Contribute to and develop technical reports and diagrams detailing product or system attributes.
