Job summary

Georgia Tech Research Institute (GTRI) is seeking a Research Program Analyst in the CIPHER Lab's Command and Control Mission Assurance Division (C2MA) to coordinate technical teams across system projects. The role emphasizes designing architectures, documenting requirements, and guiding implementation with a holistic systems engineering approach.

The position requires collaboration with stakeholders to define needs, develop performance criteria, and monitor system performance post-deployment.

Qualifications

Familiarity with project management or financial management concepts.
Proven track record in stakeholder engagement and ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

Conduct top-down functional analysis and translate requirements into detailed performance design criteria.
Design and build templates to assist Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in providing critical system information.
Conduct product or system design synthesis translating requirements into physical architectures for systems of low complexity to include defining and refining internal and external interfaces.
Contribute to and develop technical reports and diagrams detailing product or system attributes.
