Job summary

Deloitte France is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant for Cyber Security & Risk Strategy in the Charlotte, NC area. You will drive cyber strategy engagements, support PMO activities, and help build repeatable methods for delivering cyber transformation projects.

You will assess client environments, design target operating models, and collaborate with stakeholders across Deloitte teams to deliver end-to-end solutions on domestic and global engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years in cyber security, information security, or technology risk.
• 4+ years in consulting, GSI, or large enterprise projects.
• Experience with cyber risk or maturity assessments, operating model design, or PMO for cyber/tech initiatives.
• Experience with security frameworks (NIST CSF, NIST SP 800-53, ISO 27001).
• Travel up to 50% on average; immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Support cyber strategy engagements across multiple service types (risk, maturity, target operating model, tech risk).
• Provide PMO support for cyber/tech programs; track milestones, RAID logs, cross-functional coordination.
• Develop repeatable methods, templates, and capabilities for cyber strategy and transformation services.
• Assess client cyber and IT environments (infrastructure, databases, apps, workflows, processes).
• Design target operating models including org structure, governance, roles, and processes.
