Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance.
• Hands-on software design & development experience.
• Cybersecurity R&D, systems analysis, or capability development background.
• Strong networking, distributed systems, or cyber operations knowledge.
• Proficient in Python and C/C++.
• Familiarity with modeling/simulation for cyberspace.
• Experience with Python libraries: PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, SciPy.
• System profiling and code optimization (CPU, memory, latency).

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and developing cyber tools, techniques, and prototypes.
• Support integration and demonstrations for customer engagements.
• Implement and evaluate algorithms, automation, analytics, and modeling.
• Design and implement cyber-physical test environments to measure system performance.
• Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and operators to transition prototypes to operations.
• Prepare technical documentation, status reports, and demonstration materials.
• Participate in reviews, planning sessions, and cross‑organizational coordination.
• Support staffing, capability planning, and technical assessments tied to program requirements.
