ETHNUS is seeking a Training Excellence Lead - Cyber Security to deliver high-quality technical training to students and support training deployment, trainer development, and delivery excellence across Cyber Security programs.

The role involves classroom and lab-based training in Cyber Security, Ethical Hacking, Cloud Security, and related domains, with frequent college coordination, mentorship, and curriculum implementation across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in Cyber Security or related domains.
• Strong hands-on experience with Cyber Security, Ethical Hacking, Network Security, Web/Application Security, Vulnerability Assessment, and Penetration Testing (VAPT).
• Experience in designing and delivering hands-on labs, assignments, CTF exercises, assessments, and real-world security projects.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom, practical, and lab-based Cyber Security training to students across colleges and locations.
• Train students on Cyber Security, Ethical Hacking, Network Security, Application Security, Vulnerability Assessment, Penetration Testing, and related concepts.
• Conduct hands-on sessions using Cyber Security tools, platforms, and simulated security environments.
• Prepare trainer schedules and support deployment requirements across programs.
• Conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions and mentor other Cyber Security trainers.
• Support student training, projects, and continuous improvement of labs and content.
