Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. is seeking a Cyber Security Support Specialist to strengthen DoD networks and Air Force Europe/Africa missions.

You will analyze security requirements, support A&A activities, and promote secure system design across enterprise IT, ensuring compliance with DoD and AF policies. The role emphasizes risk management, incident response planning, and the rigorous application of cybersecurity practices to priority programs.

Qualifications

• Eight years of related experience with at least six years defining computer security requirements.
• Extensive knowledge of RMF and eMASS or XACTA for managing ATO packages.
• Extensive knowledge of SNAP and GIAP.
• Extensive knowledge of ACAS, STIG, SCAP tools and cybersecurity best practices.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes and defines security requirements.
• Supports system assess and authorize (A&A) efforts and artifacts.
• Recommends security policies and procedures to ensure reliability and protection.
