SOA is seeking a Cyber Security Specialist to defend our organization, monitor the environment, and enforce security standards. You will lead incident response, manage core security tools, and drive proactive risk reduction across on-premises and cloud environments.

The role requires hands-on experience with SIEM, vulnerability management, and DLP, plus a bachelor’s in a related field and 5–7 years in IT with security focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer information systems, Computer Science, or related field is required.
• 5-7 years of experience in the information technology services industry, with at least 3 years in a security-related role and 3 years as system/network administrator.
• Active CompTIA Security+ credential or equivalent (or pursuing).
• Hands-on technical expertise in a Windows-based environment and security infrastructure.

Responsabilités

• Operate and manage core security systems (SIEM, endpoint protection, vulnerability management, DLP, password management).
• Maintain security logging, monitoring, and alerts across endpoints, networks, cloud, and critical systems.
• Investigate security incidents, lead containment, eradication, and recovery, document findings and actions.
