Overview

SPERTON - Where Great People Meet is seeking a Manager, Cybersecurity – IAM to lead the firm’s IAM and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) program. This is a remote role, open to candidates based in Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Houston, New York City, or Washington, DC. Base salary range is $150,000 – $210,000 per year.

What You’ll Do

Lead and manage the firm’s IAM and IGA platforms (currently Okta and SailPoint) with future expansion into Privileged Access Management (PAM) such as CyberArk.
Oversee authentication, federation, RBAC, lifecycle management, and PAM initiatives.
Drive delivery of large-scale identity initiatives in Agile environments.
Ensure integration of IAM with core systems (Active Directory/LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OIDC, MFA, APIs).
Partner with stakeholders to balance security, compliance, and business usability.
Provide leadership and mentorship to IAM engineering and operations teams.

Who You Are

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (advanced degree or certifications such as CISSP, CISM, Okta, or SailPoint preferred).
10+ years of experience in IAM or related cybersecurity functions, with proven leadership in engineering/operations.
Strong expertise in Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk, Active Directory, LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OIDC, MFA, and API integrations.
Deep understanding of IAM/IGA concepts and lifecycle management.
Strong communicator with the ability to translate technical solutions into business outcomes.
Proven track record of delivering identity programs at enterprise scale.
