Motion Recruitment is seeking a Staff Information Security Engineer (Senior to Principal) for a fully remote role. You will work on modern cloud infrastructure, IAM programs, and application security across a large-scale SaaS environment in healthcare, insurance, and data analytics.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in information security, strong IAM and cloud security expertise (AWS, OAuth/SAML/OIDC), and hands-on engineering experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of information security or security engineering experience.
• 5+ years of Identity and Access Management (IAM) experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on engineering experience.
• Experience with AWS cloud environments.
• Experience with IAM platforms such as Okta, Entra ID, Auth0, or Ping Identity.
• Strong knowledge of OAuth, SAML, OIDC, and LDAP.
• Experience securing web applications and APIs.
• Knowledge of cloud security principles and best practices.
• Experience with Terraform, Docker, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevSecOps practices.
• Familiarity with OWASP, NIST, CIS, or similar security frameworks.
• Experience performing security assessments and vulnerability remediation.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
