Tata Consultancy Services seeks a senior Cybersecurity Program Manager with 15+ years of IT experience to lead enterprise cybersecurity initiatives across complex environments. You will manage end-to-end projects, coordinate Security, Infrastructure, Cloud, and Risk teams, and ensure strong governance, reporting, and stakeholder satisfaction.

• Proven experience managing end-to-end cybersecurity projects, from planning and estimation through delivery and closure.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent cybersecurity projects, balancing timelines, budgets, resources, and business priorities.
• Strong experience leading cross-functional teams across Security, Infrastructure, Cloud, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, and Architecture functions.
• Excellent stakeholder, vendor, and executive management skills, with a focus on governance, reporting, and successful project outcomes.
• Experience delivering projects across multiple cybersecurity domains, including IAM, Network Security, Endpoint Security, Vulnerability Management, Data Protection, and Security Governance & Compliance.
