Job summary

Capco in Dallas, TX is seeking a Business Analyst to join its Cyber Security practice, focusing on Privileged Access Management (PAM). You will work with financial services and energy clients to translate business needs into PAM solutions.

You will gather requirements, support onboarding, testing, and adoption, and help strengthen governance, risk management, and security posture through identity and access management initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, cybersecurity focus.
• Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business, functional, and data requirements.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills for business and technical audiences.
• Experience supporting Agile project delivery and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Privileged Access Management initiatives, including onboarding and testing coordination.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to capture, analyze, and document current and future PAM processes and requirements.
• Develop BRDs, functional specs, user stories, and process documentation to support solution delivery.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, application, and business teams to support onboarding, design, and implementation activities.
• Coordinate testing activities, including UAT, and support deployment and adoption of PAM capabilities.
• Produce clear deliverables, status reports, presentations, and stakeholder communications aligning business objectives with technical solutions.
