Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years in cybersecurity or related disciplines.
• 3+ years leading teams, programs, or operational functions in security.
• Experience implementing and maintaining security controls for CMMC Level 2.
• Knowledge of NIST CSF, NIST SP 800-171/800-53.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GIAC, Security+, CASP+, CCSP are a plus.
• Experience with cloud security, SIEM, endpoint protection, and modern tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a distributed cybersecurity team across security operations, engineering, vulnerability management, incident response, and compliance.
• Oversee daily security monitoring, detection, investigation, containment, and response across enterprise systems.
• Manage implementation and improvement of cybersecurity technologies including SIEM and cloud security tools.
• Lead vulnerability management and remediation programs with risk-based prioritization.
• Coordinate incident response during active events and publish root cause analyses.
• Support CMMC Level 2 compliance and other regulatory requirements with documentation and audits.
• Partner with stakeholders to integrate security requirements into infrastructure, cloud, apps, and endpoints.

Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline
