Responsibilities

• Analyze options, define requirements, and create functional designs for technology solutions.
• Bridge business needs with technical teams to provide the requirements.
• Document business requirements and write user stories with partners.
• Utilize dashboard tools like Tableau and Power BI.
• Plan and manage delivery of technology projects.
• Apply agile/scrum methodologies and use Azure DevOps and Tableau/Power BI.
