Milwaukee Succeeds is seeking a security-focused professional to monitor logs, respond to incidents, and help govern identity and data protection across Microsoft security stack. You will implement Zero Trust, manage Entra access, and maintain Purview-based controls while coordinating compliance with ISO 27001 and NIST frameworks.

Qualifications

• Experience aligning security programs with ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2 and GDPR where applicable.
• Hands-on with SIEM, endpoint/EDR, IDS/IPS, firewalls, DLP, and vulnerability scanners.
• Ability to balance risk reduction with cost and operational impact.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security logs and alerts; investigate, triage, and respond to incidents.
• Administer Microsoft Entra identity and access; apply Zero Trust principles.
• Maintain Microsoft 365 security configuration; Harden Exchange Online, SharePoint/OneDrive, Teams.
• Build and tune DLP, labeling, encryption, and insider-risk controls with Purview.
• Support compliance, risk assessments, and audit readiness; assist third-party risk reviews.
• Contribute to incident response playbooks and disaster recovery readiness.
