Job summary

Vistra Corporate Services Company is seeking a Lead Analyst to maintain knowledge of compliance regulations and develop programs, procedures, and tools for internal stakeholders and executives. You will administer controls, support audits, and drive corrective actions while seeking process automation improvements.

The role requires 7–10 years of regulatory experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and a working knowledge of coding languages.

Qualifications

7–10 years' experience in regulatory/compliance or related field.
Ability to interpret regulations and design compliant processes.
Experience with internal controls, audits, and root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

Maintain extensive knowledge of Vistra Compliance regulations.
Develop, implement and maintain program procedures, processes and tools.
Lead interpretations of Standards and guidance documents for internal stakeholders and executives.
Administer proprietary internal control system.
Facilitate internal and external audits.
Investigate variances and perform root-cause analyses.
Design and manage corrective action plans.
Support automation and efficiency within compliance controls.
