Job summary

Amentum is seeking an entry-level Cyber Security Analyst I for a position on Kauai, HI. The role supports accreditation activities by coordinating with IT and government personnel, monitoring implementation of IAVMs, patches, and STIGs.

The incumbent will assist in security tasks per DoD guidance, RMF A&A processes, and NIST/NISPOM standards, with duties assigned by the ISSO or Cyber Operations Manager. Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years’ work experience in Information Technology.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret US Government Clearance.
• DOD 8570/8140 IAM I certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assists in procedures to protect information systems from access or destruction.
• Supports ISSOs in duties per DoD policies.
• Performs tasks related to RMF A&A and NIST/NISPOM requirements.
