This position involves supporting a cybersecurity program at Scott Air Force Base in O’Fallon, IL, focusing on cybersecurity requirements analysis, incident response, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the principal technical advisor and subject matter expert for system categorization, security controls selection, implementation, assessment, and Authorization to Operate (ATO) for approved cybersecurity tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years of related enterprise engineering and management experience.
• Active DOD Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance.
• Preferred certifications include CISSP.
• Experience with cybersecurity tools such as SIEM, IDS, IPS, HBSS, firewalls, and others.

Additional Details:

• Location: Onsite at Scott AFB, IL
• Security Clearance Level: Active DOD Secret
• Salary Range: $166,280 - $224,968 (dependent on experience and location)
• Work hours: 40 hours/week, less than 10% travel, onsite work required.
