• Follow and ensure monthly security patching and endpoint protection; track progress.

• Facilitate urgent security vulnerabilities and brief senior management.

• Monitor ServiceNow queues and resolve incidents for the AME zone.

• Drive continuous improvement actions and dashboards in Excel/Power BI.

• Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation (~4 weeks/year).
