Job summary

Avanade's Security Practice seeks a Security Operations Manager to deliver security monitoring and incident response using Microsoft Sentinel, helping clients detect, investigate, and respond to threats in hybrid and cloud environments.

You will design, implement, tune, and operate Sentinel-based security solutions while leading delivery teams and collaborating with clients, Avanade delivery teams, and Microsoft partners to raise security maturity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience & certifications.
• 7+ years cybersecurity experience with hands-on delivery and leading workstreams & delivery teams.
• 2+ years consulting experience.
• Microsoft Security Certifications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver security monitoring and incident response services using Microsoft Sentinel.
• Help clients detect, investigate, and respond to security threats in hybrid and cloud environments.
• Design, implement, tune, and operate Sentinel-based security solutions.
• Collaborate with client security teams, Avanade delivery teams, and Microsoft partners to improve security posture.
