Job summary

FedEx is hiring a cybersecurity professional in Collierville, TN to design and implement security solutions across multiple domains, including identity and access management. The role demands experience with Okta, LDAP, SAML, RBAC, and advanced scripting to protect email, data, ecommerce, and web systems.

You will work with IT and users to minimize disruption, while guiding risk-based decisions and security hardening across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field plus 6 years in at least four security areas.
• Equivalent: Master’s degree plus 4 years in at least four security areas.
• Experience with Okta Identity Cloud; LDAP & SAML Protocols; RBAC; Identity Governance & Administration; PowerShell Scripting; Azure AD; F5 BigIP APM; F5 BigIP LTM; iRules Scripting; Excel formulas; VBA macros & automation; SSL offloading & certificate management; Ping Federation.
• Strong technical, consulting, and project management skills.
• Ability to communicate technical subject matter to multiple organizational layers.

Responsibilities

• Creates cyber-intelligence solutions to prevent internal or external attacks or attempts to infiltrate company email, data, e-commerce and web-based systems.
• Implements and supports technologies across application, network/perimeter, data, endpoint, identity & access, and mobility domains.
• Develops and implements enterprise security solutions to mitigate information systems risks and vulnerabilities, configuring and analyzing security tools and software.
• Researches attempted or successful efforts to compromise systems security and designs countermeasures.
• Coordinates with IT and end users to minimize disruptions and protect assets.
• Provides information security recommendations to management in support of business strategies and goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job description

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent* in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field plus 6 years of experience in a minimum of four (4) of the following areas: Business continuity and disaster recovery, network forensics, security and risk frameworks, endpoint security, information systems auditing, vendor risk assessment, cyber risk assessment, network intrusion detection/prevention, identity and access management, IT lifecycle management. As an equivalent alternative, the employer will alternatively accept a Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field plus 4 years of experience in a minimum of four (4) of the following areas: Business continuity and disaster recovery, network forensics, security and risk frameworks, endpoint security, information systems auditing, vendor risk assessment, cyber risk assessment, network intrusion detection/prevention, identity and access management, IT lifecycle management. The position requires experience with: Okta Identity Cloud; LDAP & SAML Protocols; Role-Base Access Control (RBAC); Identity Governance & Administration; PowerShell Scripting; Azure Active Directory (AAD); F5 BigIP APM (Access Policy Manager); F5 BigIP LTM (Local Traffic Manager); iRules Scripting (TCL); Advanced Excel Formulas; VBA Macros & Automation; SSL Offloading & Certificate Management; Ping Federation. Strong technical, consulting, and project management skills. Ability to communicate technical subject matter effectively to multiple organizational layers. *Employer will accept one (1) year of directly related experience in lieu of one (1) year of education. This position will be hybrid in Collierville, TN and candidates must live withina 50-mile radius. This position is hybrid, meaning that employees will be required to work at a FedEx office location up to several times per week.
