You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions that drive our business forward. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to produce clear and concise technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and organize cyber-support activities.
• Manage Defensive Cyber Operations and cyber functions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation; develop policy and user manuals.
• Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on new technologies, tools, and techniques, ensuring that the solutions delivered remain cutting-edge.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects in a timely manner, collaborating with the support team and customers to ensure seamless user experience.
• Operate within DOD security procedures and practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Proficiency with Windows server operating systems and concepts.
• Defensive Cyber Operations and cyber functions skills.
• Risk Management Framework (RMF)-ability to identify, assess and mitigate security risks.
• Excellent technical writing skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with an ability to quickly grasp new concepts and technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Five or more years' experience in information or cyber security.
• Possess a bachelor's degree or higher in information systems/computer science or related field from an accredited university.
• Experience supporting a DOD customer.
• Security Clearance Certification.
