The Opportunity

We seek an experienced Vulnerability Management (VM) Cyber Managed Services Senior to join our team. You will design, implement, and manage our vulnerability management services, leveraging your expertise in tools and team collaboration to develop tailored client solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities

1. Develop rapport and internal networks to provide advice and support.
2. Monitor progress, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed.
3. Stay updated on industry trends relevant to cybersecurity.
4. Assist in evaluating and managing client vulnerability programs.
5. Perform vulnerability assessments and identify control weaknesses.

Skills and Attributes for Success

• Familiarity with standards like ISO 27001, CIS, PCI DSS, NIST, ITIL, COBIT.
• Knowledge of Windows, Linux, UNIX, and cloud-based OS.
• Experience with vulnerability tools (e.g., Qualys, Nexpose).
• Ability to evaluate tools and conduct root cause analysis.
• Understanding of cybersecurity concepts and frameworks like CVE, CWE.
• Scripting skills (e.g., Python, PowerShell).
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerBi for metrics development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience, or graduate degree with 1-2 years of experience.
• Hands-on vulnerability management experience.
• Strong communication skills and client interaction experience.
• Willingness to travel and valid US driver’s license.

Preferred Qualifications

• Interpersonal skills, strategic and technical problem-solving abilities.
• Consulting experience and cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH, GSEC).
