We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the administration, management, and optimization of Microsoft Purview and Defender for Office platforms. This role involves ensuring platform performance, supporting data governance, compliance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance security measures.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Platform Administration: Support and optimize Microsoft Purview and Defender for Office, configure security settings, and manage compliance features.
2. Data Governance and Compliance: Implement policies, monitor compliance metrics, and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
3. User Support: Provide technical assistance and best practices to end-users.
4. Collaboration and Communication: Work with IT, security, and compliance teams; report on incidents and metrics.
5. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on platform features; automate activities using scripting and automation tools.
6. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain records and generate performance and compliance reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields.
