Job summary

You will drive domain strategy, governance, and risk programs across the Wealth Tech domain, coordinating with technology teams and senior regulators. The role requires 15+ years in financial services, deep Java and Python skills, and strong leadership, project management, and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience in financial services.
• Experience as Applications Development Manager or senior level in applications development.
• Deep understanding of programming languages Java, Python, Databases Oracle, MS SQL, MongoDB and software design principles.
• Strong stakeholder and people management skills with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Domain Strategy & Governance: craft roadmaps and governance structures for tech risk remediation.
• Tech Risk & Cybersecurity: oversee remediation and vulnerability assessments.
• Process & Automation: drive optimization and implement best practices for lifecycle control.
• Stakeholder & Solution Management: collaborate with regulators and senior stakeholders.
• Risk mitigation & Compliance: ensure robust controls and audit readiness.
• Innovation & Technology Adoption: identify modernization opportunities and upgrades.
• Performance Reporting & Governance: develop KPIs and dashboards for risk reporting.
• Life Cycle & Security Management: manage security and development lifecycle.
• Team Development & Collaboration: mentor cross-functional teams.
• Vendor & Third Party Management: manage vendor risk and security compliance.
• Cost Optimization & Efficiency: identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Change Management & Adoption: drive adoption of new tech.
