  • Develop strategies that improve organizational resilience by anticipating systemic risks, identifying high-value asset exposures, and driving prioritized mitigation.

  • Lead complex risk assessments across diverse systems and environments, ensuring assessments are well-structured, comprehensive, and defensible.

  • Guide analysts in conducting security control evaluations, documenting findings, and developing risk statements that support leadership decision-making.

  • Review and validate risk analysis outputs to ensure precision, clarity, and compliance with program requirements.

  • Manage the development and maintenance of risk dashboards, registers, and governance artifacts used for compliance activities and strategic oversight.

  • Lead cross-functional working groups to drive unified risk mitigation strategies, ensuring technical teams understand enterprise priorities.

  • Mentor analysts at junior, mid, and senior levels, strengthening their technical rigor, documentation quality, and analytical maturity.
