Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency is seeking an intellectually curious student for its 2027 Summer Internship Program in Boise, Idaho. You will work in-person Monday through Friday across multiple teams to gain exposure to client service, risk management, and analytics.

You will receive mentorship, training, and opportunities to build experience through real projects and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• GPA 3.0+ required at application and start date
• Applicants must have legal work authorization in the U.S.
• All academic grades considered

Responsibilities

• Real experience - no coffee fetching; gain hands-on resume building experience.
• Partner with teams on creative and diverse projects to develop MMA's brand.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support the MMA department's mission.
• Provide meaningful support to directors, sales executives, and client relations staff.
• Grow your network by working with your manager, mentor and other interns.
• Participate in national and regional classes to understand MMA and the industry.
