Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency is seeking a motivated student for its 2027 Summer Internship Program in Boise, Idaho. This on-site internship offers exposure to client service, risk management, operations, sales, and business analytics with mentorship and development opportunities.

Interns will work across departments on real-world problems, contributing to teams and gaining hands-on experience while building a professional network and learning MMA practices.

Qualifications

• GPA of 3.0 or higher at time of application/start date.
• All academic grades considered.
• Applicants must have legal work authorization in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Real experience—no coffee fetching; build resume through hands-on projects.
• Partner with teams on diverse projects to develop MMA's brand.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support the MMA department's mission.
• Provide meaningful support to directors, sales executives, and client relations staff.
• Play an active role on the team and grow your professional network with mentors.
• Participate in national and regional classes to understand MMA and the industry.
• Cultivate industry relationships by meeting with MMA's partners.
