Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Managing Consultant to oversee three cyber risk workstreams, coordinating with Senior Consultants and federal partners to align with CISA/OMB/NIST directives. The role includes leading risk assessments, HVA oversight, and governance across enterprise programs.

You will develop policies, SOPs, and plans, mentor team leads, and present complex findings to executives, ensuring compliance with federal requirements and high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications

• Active and current SECRET federal security clearance.
• US Citizenship required.
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university.
• 7 years of relevant cybersecurity experience, or 5 years with a Master.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee three workstreams and lead risk assessments and HVA oversight.
• Develop enterprise risk registers and SOPs, guiding teams.
• Advise on federal frameworks (NIST SP 800-171/BN etc.) and QA/QC deliverables.
• Present findings to technical and executive audiences and briefs.
